Upcoming Shows: April/May/June 2012

As usual, there are tons of great shows coming through Arizona this spring. Make sure you get out of the house and hit one of these shows. Being there is the best kind of support!

The great shows all kick off with the ethereal Alcest at The Rogue in Phoenix on April 16th.


Stand With Fists is doing an underground glow show at The Runway in Tucson on April 19th. This show is being done in concordance with an industrial artist, so expect the unexpected.


Then of course that weekend is every stoner's favorite holiday. As such, there are plenty of 420 themed shows to go around. First up is Lethal Dosage's 420 Fest at The Rock in Tucson on April 20th.


That same night we have Sadomasochist headlining another 420 Fest at the Palo Verde Lounge in Phoenix.


And if you haven't had your fill of 420 shows yet, we have Phobia headlining one more the very next night at the Palo Verde Lounge.


Then we have the annual Club Crawl in Tucson also on April 21st. This year Vaudeville is putting on a show featuring heavy bands from across Arizona.


On April 23rd, Cannibal Corpse brings their old school American death metal brutality to The Rock in Tucson.


May kicks it into high gear with a show by the incredible Tragedy in Phoenix at ICYC.


Long time Tucson favorites PH8 reunite for a one time only show at The Rock in Tucson on May 5th


Also on May 5th, but up in Phoenix, there is a benefit for the Community Outreach Center featuring Sorrower and a bunch of other great bands.


Then we get to follow that up with a pair of shows from The Midnight Ghost Train. The first one is in Tucson on May 7th at The Hut.


Then they are up in Phoenix the next night at the Yucca Tap Room.


Up next on May 9th, also at Yucca Tap, is the amazing Wizard Rifle from Portland, OR.


On May 11th at The Hut in Tucson there is an awesome acoustic show featuring Dios De Los Muertos, a band made of of varied individuals from the Tucson metal scene.


On May 12th Teratoma will be destroying Club Red in Tempe along with some very heavy locals.


Inoculara is releasing their new album at The Surly Wench in Tucson on May 19th.


Also down in Tucson, local band Sink The Titanic is having their album release show on May 25th at The Rock.


June 4th sees Japan's Church Of Misery hit Chaser's in Scottsdale.


June 5th sees the progressive wizardry of Scale The Summit take over Flagstaff.


Club 910 in Tempe gets destroyed on June 7th as Corrosion Of Conformity hits the valley.


On June 15th the mighty Suicidal Tendencies will be tearing up The Rock in Tucson.


Rounding out the spring shows, we have the Headbang For The Highway: Battle for the Mayhem Festival 2012 at The Rock in Tucson on June 23rd.
